  • Items purchased on sale or clearance may be final sale and not eligible for return (see product details).
  • We do not accept returns on gift cards or personalized items.

Refunds & Processing

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
